Please follow these instructions to log in via our new system:

1. Log in: Use your email address (not your username) and your usual password to log in. If successful, go to step 5.

2. You might see a red error message saying, "No user account was found with that email address and password. In that case, please click on the "Forgot Password" link.

3. Reset Your Password: Wait a few minutes and keep an eye on your email (check spam too). You'll get a link to reset your password. Click it and set a new password.

4. Login Again: Now, try logging in again. You'll be prompted to enter a 6-digit code.

5. Verify the Code: Enter the 6-digit code we sent you, then click "Verify Code." The code will be sent by email (if it's not in your inbox, check spam), or if you're using the TeamDesk app, look out for notifications on your phone (not in the app itself) and tap the relevant one to log in.

6. Future Logins: Each time you log in, you'll need to enter a new 6-digit code sent via email. Or, you can download the TeamDesk App to log in with phone notifications. After your first login using an emailed code, click the yellow highlighted link at the top of the purple HUB page for instructions on how to get the app.

Issues are monitored daily, and you should expect an email confirming that your issue has been noted within one working day.
